  1. Professional film and video makers or video artists can submit to the festival, as well as amateurs.
  2. Festival entry is free.
  3. Maximum running time of submissions should last no longer than 30 minutes.
  4. One author can submit to the festival any number of films or videos.
  5. Each film should be entered for one of the following categories.
  6. Documentary
    Fiction
    Animation
    Experimental
    Video art
    Special category "Fellini"
  7. Only shorts created after the 1st of January, 2008 should be submitted.
  8. The special category "FELLINI, OR THE LAST DEMIURGE". To this category you can submit any film in which an author consireds his imagination as the only reality that exists.
    This category's entry can be produced anywhen from 1910 to 2010.
  9. Deadline for entries - June 1, 2010.
  10. If submission is late to the competition 2009 (delivered after 1st of June, 2010) it will be automatically postponed to the next yeat contest.
  11. Copy of your film or video should be submitted only accompanied with detailed Entry Form.
  12. Submission should be in DVD format (screening quality only). Please, do not send preview copies, film copies or DVD\'s with copyright protection. 
  13. You can fill out ONLINE entry form or printable version of it. 
  14. Please, submit earlier, if possible. Address for post delivery: 115184, Post box #35, Post office #184, Moscow, RUSSIA, International Kansk Video Festival.
  15. In case of postage by express mail use this address: International Kansk Video Festival, Videodom studio, Bolshoy Ovchinnikovskiy lane 24, build.5, Moscow, 115184, RUSSIA
  16. When send from abroad, please, mark your submission with "No commercial value, for cultural purposes only".
  17. If original language of your entry is neither Russian nor English, film should be subtitled in one of those two languages or an English dialogue list should be attached.
  18. All entries will be shown to the Selection Committee and Jury.
  19. All submissions will be kept in the festival archive, we do not return entries to authors (please, send only digital copies, not originals).
  20. Festival awards:
    Gran Prix - Palm Secateur D\'Or
    1st, 2nd, 3rd Diplomas
    Diploma for the Best Russian Film
    Special Diplomas of Jury
  21. All entries will be published on our web-site after 1st of June, 2010.
  22. The list of selected films will appear on our web-site after 1st of August, 2010.
  23. Awards will be announced on 29th of August, 2010. Check the web-site.
  24. As the festival is low-budget participants of the festival can come to Kansk by their own expenses only.
  25. Gran-prix and Diplomas winners will be invited to the Festival 2011 as a member of jury.
